How much does roof work cost?
Small repairs start from £150. As a guide, minor repairs typically run £150–£350 and a felt flat roof £895–£1,500, and a full re-roof starts from around £6,500. Every job is priced fixed in writing after a free inspection — our roofing cost guide has the full table.
Do you take a deposit?
No. We take no deposit and no staged payments — you pay on completion.
Do you work on listed buildings?
Yes. We regularly work on Grade II listed buildings — like-for-like materials, traditional details and listed building consent where it is needed. Like-for-like repairs to a Grade II listed roof usually need no consent; changing materials — say uPVC for cast iron — does, and we will tell you which applies before you commit.
